Generic CRM platforms treat properties as accounts and assessments as invoices. District360 understands the difference. Yes. District360 serves organizations of all sizes. Some customers are 5-person Main Street programs. Others are 200-person downtown partnerships. The Starter plan is designed specifically for smaller organizations getting started.
What does District360 help with day to day?
On any given day, a district team uses District360 to look up a property, check an assessment, track a service request, review dashboards, prepare a board report, send a stakeholder communication, or check where ambassadors are patrolling in real time. It replaces the spreadsheets, emails, and disconnected tools that most districts rely on today.
Does District360 support downtown revitalization and economic development?
Yes. The platform includes vacancy tracking, prospective tenant management, property data, and economic development reporting. Districts use it to build data-backed narratives, attract investment, and report impact to city government and stakeholders.
Can we start with a few modules and add more later?
