Built by someone who lived the job

District360 was not designed in a conference room by people guessing at what downtown districts need. It was built by someone who managed the data, prepared the board reports, and worked with the property owners. That experience shapes everything we build.

2017
"I hired a Salesforce consultant to help with our CRM at the district. The technology worked. But it did not understand how we operated. That gap is why District360 exists."
Kayt McKissick
VP, District360

How District360 started

2014
Kayt starts working at a downtown district
Kathryn (Kayt) McKissick joins a downtown district in Washington, DC. Her job includes managing stakeholder data, tracking properties, coordinating with field teams, and preparing board reports. The tools available are spreadsheets, email, and disconnected software that was not designed for how a district operates.
2016
She hires CUBE84 to implement Salesforce
The district brings in CUBE84, a Salesforce consulting firm, to implement a CRM. The implementation works technically. But generic Salesforce does not understand the data structures, workflows, and reporting needs specific to downtown districts. Properties are not accounts. Assessments are not invoices. Board governance is not a sales pipeline. The gap between generic CRM and district reality becomes clear.
2017
Kayt joins CUBE84 to build what is now District360
Instead of accepting the gap, Kayt joins CUBE84 to build the product that should have existed from the start. A Salesforce-based platform designed specifically for how downtown districts work. Properties, assessments, tenants, vacancies, board of directors, service requests, public assets, and reporting. All connected. All built for the way a district actually operates.
2020
IDA Pinnacle Award for 311 Integration
District360 wins the IDA Pinnacle Award for its 311 Integration project with DowntownDC BID. The award recognizes the first direct integration between a downtown district's CRM and a city's 311 service request system. Service requests submitted from the field are automatically recorded in both District360 and the city's system. This is the moment the industry takes notice.
2025
Breakout year. 24 new districts join.
District360 doubles its typical annual customer acquisition. 24 new districts come on board in a single year. The platform now manages over 500,000 property, business, contact, and asset records. The Field Services Ambassador (FSA) app launches as a separate product for clean and safe teams. The team grows. The product deepens.
2026
75+ active districts. And growing.
As of January 2026, 75+ districts across the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom run their operations on District360. The product team is building toward D360 Vision (AI-powered district insights) and Data as a Service. The mission has not changed since 2017: build technology that understands how districts work.
"District360 was the third Salesforce consultant we worked with. The other two did not have an understanding of BIDs. It was very different once we started working with Kayt and her team. They are veterans in this industry."

Our approach

Three principles guide everything we build and every relationship we have with a district.

Outcomes over features

We do not build features because they look good in a demo. We build capabilities that solve problems we have seen districts face firsthand. Every module exists because a real district needed it.

Partner, not vendor

District360 is not a software license you buy and figure out alone. We have a dedicated onboarding team, a managed services team, and a product team. When you need help, you reach a person who knows your district by name.

Industry first

We are IDA sponsors and members. We attend every major conference. We contribute to the conversation, not just sell at it. Our credibility comes from being part of the community, not outside of it.

"This software allowed our organization to automate the tracking of its primary source of revenue. We can now track and clearly understand which parcels have and have not submitted payment."

We would like to learn about your district
