District360 is a division of CUBE84, a global technology services firm with 150+ team members. We have spent close to a decade learning how downtown districts work and building a platform around those workflows.
Kathryn McKissick worked for years inside a downtown district before joining CUBE84. She had meaningful exposure and experience across the space, from stakeholder relationships and economic development to marketing programs, board dynamics, and operations. She saw firsthand the challenges districts face: disconnected tools, manual reporting, limited visibility into property and assessment data, and the constant pressure to communicate district value with incomplete information.
When Kathryn joined CUBE84, she worked with the team to help shape what became District360. Instead of continuing to custom-build solutions district by district, the team began building a product that could better support downtown organizations in a more repeatable way. Properties, contacts, assessments, board governance, businesses, operations, and reporting were standardized into a single connected platform designed around the way districts actually work.
Today, Kathryn leads District360's engagement with the place management community. She serves on the board of the International Downtown Association, participates actively in IDA events and conferences, and is a connector across the industry for many of our customers, partners, and people in our network.

We do not lead with feature lists. We start by understanding what your district needs to accomplish: better board reporting, assessment visibility, stakeholder relationships, operations accountability, or membership growth. The platform supports those outcomes.
We stay involved after go-live. Managed services, regular check-ins, help desk access, and ongoing support are part of the relationship. We are not a vendor that disappears after implementation.
We participate in the place management community. We attend IDA conferences, sponsor Top Issues Councils, and learn from the districts we serve. The platform gets better because we stay close to the industry.

Every engagement starts with discovery. We learn your terminology, workflows, reporting needs, and how your team operates. Every district is different, and we set up the platform around yours.
You are assigned a project manager who guides implementation, training, and support. You are not handed off to a generic help desk or left to figure things out on your own.
We set timelines, communicate progress, and respond when you need help. Our team is accessible, and we take ownership of the work we are responsible for.
After go-live, managed services, help desk access, regular check-ins, and additional training are available. We continue to improve the implementation to better support your needs over time.
