Is pricing really not per user?
Correct. District360 charges one flat annual fee for your organization. You can add as many users as your Salesforce license allows without increasing your District360 subscription cost.
What are the free Salesforce licenses?
Salesforce provides 10 free Enterprise Edition licenses to 501(c)3 nonprofit organizations through the Power of Us program. District360 is built on Salesforce, so your district can use these free licenses. We help you apply for them as part of onboarding.
What does the annual assessment import include?
Each year, we handle the full upload of your property assessment data into District360. This includes data formatting, validation, deduplication, and loading. Valued at approximately $2,500. Included at no extra cost with every subscription.
Can I start with Starter and upgrade later?
Yes. Many districts start with Starter and move to Growth as they are ready to add vacancy tracking, board management, directory integration, and mapping. The upgrade path is straightforward with no data migration needed.
How long does implementation take?
Quick onboarding is a priority. Implementation includes discovery, configuration, data import, training, and go-live. The exact timeline depends on your district's size and complexity, but we move efficiently.
Do you offer a trial?
Yes. We offer a free 14-day on-demand trial with non-proprietary data. No contract or credit card required. You can explore the platform before committing.
Is FSA included with the CRM subscription?
No. FSA (Field Services Ambassador) is a separate product with its own pricing. It can be purchased alongside or independently of the CRM. See the FSA page for full details and pricing.
What if we need more than 10 Salesforce licenses?
Additional Salesforce licenses beyond the 10 free ones are available at a discounted nonprofit rate directly from Salesforce. We help coordinate this as part of your setup.
